Admission Policy
In order to attend Pentwater Preschool, your child must be four (4) years old by December 1st of this year.
Must be potty trained and able to use the bathroom on their own.
Children must be socially/emotionally/physically ready for admission, may be excluded regardless of age if they are not.
Complete an application.
Complete a “Child Information Card”.
Provide a copy of your child’s up to date shot record or signed waiver.
Make an appointment for your child to have a physical. Bring the completed health form with your physician’s signature. The health form is valid for two years.
Complete screening forms required by the State of Michigan
GSRP Eligibility
All children need to be age eligible (4 years old on or before December 1st) to qualify.
The program is free to all students!
Programs maintain a 1:12 ratio as required by the State of Michigan and are run by highly qualified and certified teachers.
Our licensed class size is 20 for each classroom.
Classes meet Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Includes breakfast, lunch, & snack!
